Yes. Arjuna Jati owns and operates a two-hectare facility in Jepara with 78+ craftsmen on the floor. Milling, joinery, finishing, quality control and container loading all happen on our own site. We are not a trading house and we do not broker other workshops' production, which is why you are dealing with the people who cut the joint.
No. There is no minimum order quantity. Mixed loads are normal, a small first order can ship LCL, and most programmes settle into a 20FT or a 40HQ.
45 to 75 days from confirmed specification and deposit, depending on grade, finish and the size of the run. Lead time is listed on each product. Repeat programmes booked into a production slot in advance normally run at the shorter end.
Yes, and a significant share of our floor is dedicated to it. Send drawings, a sample or a reference photograph and we will return a prototype, a costing and a packing calculation. Your brand goes on the label, the carton and the documentation. We do not show OEM work in our own catalogue.
SVLK is Indonesia's mandatory timber legality assurance system, independently audited and covering the chain from forest concession to export. It is the backbone of the FLEGT licence Indonesia holds with the EU. For EUDR we go further and supply the plot-level due-diligence pack — supplier declarations, geolocation data, harvest records and the risk assessment — with the shipment rather than after a request.
Semarang (Tanjung Emas), roughly two hours from the factory, for full containers and LCL alike. We quote FOB by default and can work CIF, CNF or EXW. Fumigation and ISPM-15 treated packing are arranged with a licensed provider before the container is sealed.
