Company Terms

Letters Of Credit:

The L/C should be fulfill the following this criteria (a must) to avoid later costly amendments:

• Irrevocable

• Payable at sight

• Beneficiary

• Confirmed (must be added by advising bank)

• Issued from recognized bank

• Available with/by = Any bank in Indonesia by negotiation

• Shipment max. latest 2.5 month

• Partial shipment and Transshipment allowed

• Bill of lading consigned to order of issuing bank

• Fees and banking charges are to applicant

• Document are to be presented to advising bank

• Percentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10% of total value

Non Letters Of Credit (Transfer):

• Only applicant for Full Container Loads 20'.

• One item must be 6 piece minimum

• Please fax a copy of the applicant before issuing it (+62-21-595613), to check with the bank and shipping lines for term that may cause, problem in compliance to avoid unnecessary later costly amendments

• Arjuna Jati Furniture a direct down payment on presenting the order, to start the manufacture of the full container load orders, amounting to 50% of the total invoice or total sales contract

• The balance payment 60% is paid by the T/T (transferred after received copy of complete document) or L/C

Order System

Sample or Retail Order

For sample or retail order of 1 or 2 item (maximum 10 piece) by air freight to airport. Importers must pay the air forwarding cost.

Cost of furniture + air freight per cubic meter + forwarder fees

Trial Order or LCL (Less Container Loading)

The LCL or less Container Loading is buyer take or buy furniture from the supplier (my company) only few piece, less then 1 x 20 ft container. So that supplier must be shared with another company to ship the stuff. Or the supplier must consolidated the furniture or mixed from another company.

The minimum order is 20 items and total order maximum is 60 piece. If more than 60 piece that is same is 1 x 20 ft containers.

Full Container

Buyer take or buy from my company 1x20 ft container or 1x40 ft container and the system we can used L/C or T/T

Packing System

Usually we use the corrugated paper or single face paper, and then we can use the foam also if buyer want but buyer must pay the additional cost for that.

Delivery Time

For the LCL system, the delivery time is depend on the another company which you buy, the time must be on the same schedule.

For the full container:

1x20 ft containers, the delivery time is 5 until 6 weeks maximum, that started after receiving the 50% down payment and sales contract already signed by you.

1x40 ft containers, the delivery time is 6 until 8 weeks maximum, that started after receiving the 50% down payment and sales contract already signed by you.
